Pooja Bhandari

Founder

Pooja believes every child should be loved and nurtured to their full potential, and advocates for societal and systemic support to achieve this.

She consults for AWWA (Impact and Special Projects), and spent 6 years at MSF, heading policy on children’s disability early intervention and then manpower planning for the social service sector. She serves on the Board of Tasek Academy and Social Services, and is on the UNICEF International Council.

Caesar Sengupta

Caesar is CEO and co-founder of Arta Finance, a digital wealth platform democratizing access to financial opportunities. He spent 15 years at Google prior, leading the Next Billion Users initiative and Google Pay, scaling it to 150 million users across 30 countries. He also spearheaded the development of ChromeOS, establishing Chromebooks as a leading device in education.

Caesar holds a Master's in Computer Science from Stanford University and an MBA from the Wharton School.

Corinna Lim

Corinna is the Executive Director of AWARE (Association of Women for Action and Research), Singapore. She joined AWARE as a volunteer in 1992 and became its first ED in 2010. Under her leadership, AWARE established the Sexual Assault Care Centre and successfully advocated for legislative changes, including the Protection from Harassment Act and repeal of marital rape immunity.

Corinna holds an LLB from NUS and a Master's in Public Administration from Columbia University.

June Fong

June is a Senior Forensic Psychologist with extensive experience providing clinical and forensic psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults. She has worked in Singapore, Australia and the Middle East, at the Clinical and Forensic Psychology Service at MSF, the Community Psychology Hub, and in private practice, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, divorce and stress.

June holds a Master’s in Forensic Psychology from the University of New South Wales.

Dawn Fung

Dawn Fung is the author of Homeschooling in Singapore: An Education, and the founder of Homeschool Singapore.

As founder and CEO of Little U, she heads this microschool consultancy specialising in personalised education for the whole family with a strong team of parent-educators.

She is working on a 30-year manifesto to see education reform in Singapore, where every child, parent and educator have full rights and access to great education.

Hana Alhadad

Dr. Hana Alhadad is a child and family specialist, neurodiversity advocate, and therapeutic playmaker. With a background in community development and psychology, she focuses on supporting neurodivergent children and families, child and adolescent mental health, and trauma-informed, equity-centered practices. Dr. Alhadad is an adjunct faculty member at NUS and a researcher-practitioner dedicated to championing children’s rights and well-being while advancing nurturing, inclusive, and compassionate spaces for children and families.

John Tan

John Tan

John Tan is the founder of Yamayama Travel, a travel company focused on outdoor experiences like skiing and summer camps for families. He is Chief Education Officer at ErudiFi, an education financing startup in Indonesia and the Philippines.

He is also an investor in tech startups such as Ninja Van and Padlet. John is an Obama Foundation Asia-Pacific Leader and a certified ski instructor.

Joline Lim

Joline Lim is a parent-advocate, transformational parenting coach & single mother to two including a neurodivergent child.

She is the director of Chapter Zero‘s “Nurturing Village” - a peaceful, collaborative community collective that gently and actively empowers caregivers and educators through virtual safe spaces, online resources, and supportive educational programmes that are trauma informed and neuro affirming.

Tim Wong

Tim Wong is a community enabler, and a parent-advocate for respectful parenting and special educational needs (SEN) education reform. He is active in fathers communities and also helps facilitate supportive community for parents of children with dyslexia and ADHD. He has worked with other parent-advocates to raise awareness of SEN challenges in mainstream schools to education officials and other parents.

Aarathi Arumugam

COO

Aarathi oversees the execution of the strategic mission, supporting the ED in managing resources and capacity as the organisation forges ahead.

An entrepreneur at heart, she is passionate about connecting partner communities through causes close to her heart, in particular, moving the social mobility needle for women and children through education, and employment. Aarathi is a KeyNote speaker with the KeyNote Women’s Directory and serves on the Board of AWARE.
